I experienced significant disturbances from street noise at night due to partying tourists and loud music from nearby restaurants. The room felt outdated and lacked proper soundproofing, making it difficult to get a restful sleep. our kitchenette was not fully equipped, which detracted from our ability to prepare meals comfortably.

Just a hop away from Udalla, I roasted myself over the crispy French bread at feeling good bar & food, paired with mouthwatering dishes at Benim Kebab & Pizza. The rooftop terrace added a sweet chill vibe for evening hangs, and the beds were comfy enough for sweet dreams. Who knew Playa de las Americas had such gems?

But hold up, not all was smooth sailing. My plans went a bit haywire when the receptionist promised a late check-out and then flipped the script. I ended up paying extra for a room I thought was secure. Like, why wouldn’t they remind me the next day, right? Just a little jarring when you’re living the island life.
