Close proximity to beach and being well located between Los Cristianios and Americas.
Food choices a little limited and food sat out for a while due to only being a relatively small place. Completely understandable but worthy of a mention.

Really nice apartment hotel, was realy surprised with the service and cleanliness of the hotel, the room was serviced nearly every day, perfect location just around the corner to the superb Las Vistas beach, all the restaurants and shoppings are minutes away, the welcome drink at checking-in really exceeded the expectations as it is only an apartment hotel!! Eventho its in the centre of everything, it was nice and quiet in the room, plus the private balcony for each apartment is really an advantage.
Free wi-fi advertised on the webside is only available at the reception, more than that- out of 7 nights stay the wifi was only functioning for 3 or 4 nights, so missed out on my facebook!!! :) (But!!! There's a free wifi nearly everywhere in the town and even on the beach! Slow, but does the job!) Also, no kettle nor microwave in the room.

Comfortable beds, excellent pool. Spotlessly clean. Quiet. Close to beach, supermarket and good restaurants and right on the bus route to the rest of the island. Easy walk to playa-las-americas and los Christianos.
Poor kitchen facilities. Tv was almost obsolete, poor picture, only bbc world news in English. No wi-fi in the room despite brochure promise. Laundry was a health and safety risk, poorly lit stone steps with no hand- rail, dryer full of fluff as filter had overflowed and smoke alarm low battery warning sounded constantly.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The island is beautiful and from this location one can easily visit the rest of the island. Rental cars companies were very reasonable and did not try to sell you extra insurance. This hotel is located close to Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos so you have the choice of numerous beaches within walking distance. There were also many good and reasonably priced restaurants in this area, some local and some for the tourists
Although the bathroom had been renovated, the kitchen was in need of updating. It was adequate though if you don't mind simplicity. The fridge was new and quiet. The cooktop was a old and a little slow. One of the pans was scratched and did not look safe to cook out of.

I had a super clean and cozy queen studio room with a nice balcony where I could chill out. They even offered a wake-up service right on the balcony! the staff here were all incredibly friendly and helpful. 😊

Staff was relatively nice. It was "cheap" for Tenerife... Room was decent sized w balcony. Shower temp stayed hot (vs the hot/cold that is all too common in budget hotels).
No a/c & no fan!! Nothing. You want a fan? You have to rent one! For 5€/day! Never heard of that in any other hotel, ever. Wifi was terrible. The junky "free" wifi is only available right next to the elevator on a couch. And wasnt even fast enough for a skype call (i was the only person using the connection at the time). Don't have a computer? You can of course PAY to use one (dinosaur pc, coin operated). Want wifi in your room? Time to pay! Again. And even then the signal was poor. Had to be on the balcony to use it, not so convenient when the sun is blazing in your eyes! This is one of those hotels who tries to stick it to the customer as much as possible. They make you pay extra extra extra for things that should just be FREE.

It was central for my needs. However I would not have liked to have been booked in for more than one night. Two ladies on duty for breakfast very good.
The fact that I booked as a solo guest and stated that the room was for single occupancy yet you are still charged for two pax including two breakfasts. There should be a single room rate. The bathroom was very modern and clean and yet the kitchen was a disgrace. No kettle in the kitchen and the fridge should not have been left in the room it was too disgusting to use.

Hotel has a really nice location- two steps away from a supermarket and cheap restaurants, not far from the beach but at the same time not far away from the nightlife and city center. Rooms are huge and bathroom seems newly refurbished. We had all equipment needed to cook and prepare our own meals but I hated that we had to clean the plates. Internet signal was very stable but available only in the lobby, yet you could find a low signal on your terrace from a nearby bar. Reception staff is very helpful and speaks italian language too, which has eased our communication.
I did not like maid knocking on our door and ringing on the bell at 9 A.M. I guess we should have put a "do not disturb" sign but anyway she was very aggressive in order to come in. Internet available only in lobby. Bed sheets were extremely dirty, I found make-up stains on my pillow, yuck! And they have not changed it during my whole stay of 10 days. Maid could have hoovered more often, dust was everywhere, but she always kept the bathroom shiny and spotless.
